Having white teeth can give you a bright smile and increase your self-confidence. Fortunately, you don't have to spend a lot of money on tooth whitening products or professional treatments. You can whiten your teeth with baking soda at home.

Method 1
Basic Method

Mix baking powder with water or lemon (both work). In a small bowl, mix a few drops of water or half a teaspoon of lemon baking powder. Make sure it becomes a paste, so it will be easier to apply.
