Stains on marble are removed with household bleach: for this, dilute ammonia and hydrogen peroxide in equal proportions. The composition is applied to the contaminated place and leave for a day, after which remove the remnants of bleach and rinse the floor as usual. Fatty contamination can be done with marble, causing a little starch and leaving for a few hours. Another proven remedy is acetone. They are moistened with a tissue and applied for a while onto the contaminated area.

So that there are no stains on the marble floor, after washing it is rubbed with a dry soft cloth and polished.

Laminate flooring should be cleaned very carefully. Housewives adhere to the following rule: the time of washing and the amount of water for this type should be minimal, because from excessive moisture laminate can "swell" in a matter of hours. Try to make movement in parallel with the joints on the laminate, so you wash the floor without a divorce and the minimum amount of moisture gets on these joints.

How to wash wooden floors
If the floors in your house are wooden, avoid large amounts of water, because the floor of the tree can swell. Regardless of whether the wooden floor is varnished or not, you should very well squeeze a rag before proceeding with cleaning and not wetting the floor too hard.

How to wash the parquet floor? Experienced housewives use several time-tested recipes for cleaning parquet:

In warm water dissolve liquid ammonia or ordinary vinegar in the ratio of one tablespoon to one liter of water. To wash the floor without strands, you should not too often tear off a mop or rag from the surface and it is better to make movements with the so-called "figure eight".

Some housewives use a rubbing coating of linseed oil to make it shine. You can try mastic or the following “homemade” solution: Dissolve 50–70 ml of table vinegar, 1-2 tablespoons of special polish for wooden furniture and 2 liters of cool water.
Unpainted and not varnished wood perfectly washes with water with the addition of a small amount of soap or detergent. You can also use alkali: for one liter of warm water, add 2-3 tablespoons of soda and wipe the surface with a brush or sponge with a layer of hard lint.
Black stripes on the surface can be easily removed with a dry linen cloth. If the stripes are “eaten” strongly, soda will help a lot - put a small amount of it on a rag and rub it off, then wash it off with plain water.

Spots on unpainted wooden coating can be removed with sandpaper - however, the main thing here is not to overdo it and take care not to damage the material.

Sticky spots like glue, clay, gum or resin seem to be impossible to clean. However, there is a proven tool here: put some ice in a bag and apply it to the place of pollution for a while. When the stain is slightly frozen, it can be removed with a spatula. If it is necessary to scrub away the remaining paint, apply a cotton wool soaked in alcohol to the place of pollution, and then clean the surface.

How to wash the cork floor? This type is one of the most capricious, so it must be carefully monitored and looked after. The appearance of various types of stains and dirt requires immediate cleaning.

Special soft, non-caustic chemical ingredients that dissolve in water are suitable for cleaning. Cork flooring should be cleaned with a soft nap cloth or sponge; do not use hard brushes with a metallic coating. Rag should be very well squeezed to prevent ingress of excess moisture. Sometimes, to clean the non-lacquered surface, the hostess dilutes a small amount of laundry detergent in the water. After cleaning the surface should be wiped dry, again, so that excessive moisture does not spoil the coating and the material does not swell.

After washing the cork surface, it can be “refreshed” by wiping with a rag with a special solution: dilute a couple of tablespoons of ordinary vinegar in 5-6 liters of water.
