To date, leading manufacturers have been producing various options for kitchenware, but not all appliances are of high quality. For example, unlike ceramic pans, teflon pans distribute heat unevenly. From here, he has difficulty cooking, often burning food. The ceramic, in turn, effectively transmits heat over the entire surface. The negative characteristic of the material is regarded as rapid sensitivity to soot formation. Containers require a delicate treatment that we will discuss today.

Ceramic pan features

After buying the dishes, do not rush to put them to work. Wash the pan with a foam sponge and a special gel, then dry it with a lint-free cloth.
When you decide to use the appliance for the first time, do not pour large amounts of vegetable oil. It is sufficient to moisten a silicone brush and lubricate the work surface.
The main condition for operation is considered as careful handling. Never expose ceramics to sudden temperature changes. Immediately after cooking, allow the roof to cool down or pour it with water at the appropriate temperature.
Do not mix the components with an iron spatula during the cooking process. Use bamboo, silicone, wooden or nylon spoons for these purposes. Otherwise you will irrevocably destroy the scope of the business.
When looking at ceramics, it is strictly forbidden to use chlorine-containing preparations, alkaline compounds as well as products with abrasive particles of any size.
Do not put the pan aside after cooking. Use a soft sponge or gauze folded several times with hot water, gently wipe the cover. Such a move would prevent further training of the institution.
If you pay attention to the dishes, after cooking, soak the pan with hot water and a cleaning gel. After waiting for 30-45 minutes, wash normally. Always clean utensils with a soft cloth after rinsing.

After the process, rinse the pan with warm water, wash with dishwashing detergent. Do not forget to wipe dry inside.

Method 2. Laundry soap and soda

Prepare enamel containers to fit into a pan. Pour hot water into the pot by filling the cavity up to 70%.
Put the pot on the stove, boil. Grate half bar laundry soap on thin sticks, send in. Knead until dissolved, add 135 g. soda
Boil the solution until homogeneous. Then, put the pan in, reduce the temperature to the minimum mark. Boil the plates for 1.5 hours, then rinse with hot water.

Method 3. Glue and dishwashing liquid

The technique is considered to be the most extreme, so many housewives are afraid to use it. Prepare 60 ml to prepare the composition. silicate glue, 260 gr. iodized salt, 150 ml. means for washing dishes or household appliances (free of chlorine and alkali).
Prepare an old pot that is not sad to spoil. Pour into 5-6 liters. Add water, boil, baked vehicle. Minimize the burner, lower the pan inside. Boil for about 3 hours, the time depends on the thickness of the soot.
Turn off the stove after the manipulations have been completed. Leave the ceramic cup in the solution until the liquid has cooled. Then clean the peeled carbon with strong warm water, a soft sponge or gauze.

Method 4. Acetic solution

Vinegar is a compound concentration of 6-9%, not excess. You can use both table and apple, wine product. To prepare an effective purification means, dilute the vinegar with water in a ratio of 1: 1.5.
Pour the composition into the pan, set the dishes slowly on fire. Boil the liquid for at least 2.5 hours after the treatment, allow the material to cool completely. Remove carbon with foam sponge and dishwashing detergent.
If you need to clean the outside, treat it differently. Pour the solution on a large plate, place a griddle in it and set on fire. The duration of the language remains unchanged.

If you do not have a pan large enough to fit the pan, add a lemon with salt added to the pan you want to clean.
Boil the pan for 10 to 15 minutes.

When you see cast iron pans in the stores selling kitchenware, you have noticed that they are quite expensive if you pay attention to their prices. If you had the chance to take it in your hand, you will feel it is too heavy. When used correctly and effectively, cast iron pans are used to provide delicious meals on the spot, while providing ease of cooking, which helps to increase the efficiency of the time you spend in the kitchen. For more details about the use and cleaning of cast iron pans, please see our article.
First of all, What is Cast Iron Pan?

Iron cast pan is formed by pouring the molten iron in one piece in the pan mold and maintains the heat for a long time due to its structure and distributes it evenly. Good quality cast iron pans give the exact result in distributing heat evenly.

Casting pans are divided into 2:

Raw cast and enamelled cast iron pans.

As the name implies, there is no coating on the raw cast iron pans, it is susceptible to wear and rust and requires careful and careful handling. With its porous structure, it can absorb and trap detergent used in cleaning, which may cause disaster in the next use.

In order to prevent such negative situations, a number of coatings and protections are made in kitchen utensils. Enamel coating protects the pans against rusting and scratching with its glassy structure and provides cleaning comfort with detergent. Is the cast pan healthy? If you ask, you have to choose the coated ones.

The most preferred reason among the cast pan properties is that it distributes the heat homogeneously. Distributing heat evenly is a golden rule that is very useful for cooking delicious meats. If you use a good quality cast pan, you will cook soft juicy meats while preserving all the water and flavor of your meat while sealing the meat.

Where to buy cast pan? Cast iron pans can be supplied from the stores of brands that produce kitchen utensils. At this stage, you should pay attention to the quality of the ceiling.

Casting pan prices may vary according to the brand you have chosen, the size and type of the ceiling, so doing a good research before buying will help you to use your product for many years.
Tips on Cast Iron Pan Use and First Use

The cast pan you purchase is a product that requires initial cleaning. The first cleaning process is called 'seasoning'. This coating helps to clean the ceiling the next time you use it, extending the service life of your cast ceiling. Seasoning process is a method that should be applied for raw casting pans.

Cast iron pans have a structure that can enter the oven. Therefore, before using your cast iron ceiling, place it in a heated 180 degree oven so that no moisture remains inside your roof.
Remove the pan from the oven and allow to cool in a dry environment.
Gently lubricate the inside and outside of your cooling ceiling with vegetable oil, making sure the entire surface is lubricated.
When doing this, set the oven temperature to 250 degrees. Place the greased pan on the middle shelf of the oven with the inner side down.
This way you'll have to wait an hour. After 1 hour, turn off the oven and let it cool down without opening the lid.
then you can preferably re-lubricate and give your ceiling a bright appearance.

When using a cast pan, you should cook your meals with non-metallic tools as much as possible. Tools such as metal spoons, ladles, spatulas, tongs draw your pans.

During seasoning and cooking, you should take care not to have sudden heat changes on your ceiling. It is preferred that the temperature rise or fall slowly.

You used your ceiling, you cooked delicious food. Bon appetit :) Now we have carefully done the coating process to another aspect of the pans wanting: cleaning.

The cleaning process of the cast pan also requires subtlety. Remember that pans that you roughly and diligently clean will easily be scratched and deformed, shortening the life span and endangering your health.

How to Clean Cast Iron Pan?

It would be much healthier if you do not contact the dishwasher to clean your cast iron pans. Cast iron pans are not suitable for washing in a dishwasher. Hand washing and, if possible, washing with liquid soap - yes liquid soap - rinsing well, then wiping with a towel napkin will eliminate the risk of rust.

Once you have cooked your meals, gather the large pieces on your ceiling with the help of a napkin.
For the remaining residue and a layer of oil, put a finger-thick hot water on your ceiling and put it back in the stove and heat.
Gently scrape off the stains with silicone or a wooden spoon 2-3 minutes after the water begins to boil. Boiling water will soften stains so you can handle this process quite easily.
Then remove your ceiling from the stove and drain off the water and sediment.
If there is still some residue, pour a little liquid soap on the soft part of the dishwashing sponge - rub it a little - and rinse it. Then dry with a napkin.
Do not store your cast pans in the same place as steel pots and pans.

Is the casting pan harmful according to this information ? As long as you use your ceiling correctly, you will have the opportunity to cook delicious meals.
