Tips to prevent hemorrhoids


• Maintain a diet rich in fibers, through vegetables and fruits. Where possible, eliminate those foods that are abundant in fats, flours and spicy foods. Establishing a balanced diet allows reducing the chances of constipation and diarrhea, which are associated with the appearance of hemorrhoids.
