The cleaning of cast iron pans and pots is slightly different than others. How should cast pots and pans be cleaned? Here's the method ...
Materials you need to clean:
Cast Iron Frying Pan
Sponge or hard brush
Dry cloth or paper towel
Vegetable or fat
Kosher salt (optional)
How to clean
Start cleaning your cookware and ceiling while it is still hot. So it should be cleaned immediately after use. If you leave it inside the sink saying "clean it" then it may start to produce rust.
Wash the pan by hand using hot water and a sponge or a hard brush. Never use a dishwasher, soap or dishwasher. Make a dough by mixing kosher salt and water to remove stuck dishes. Rub this dough and rub with a sponge. In addition, food residues sticking in the hot water will come out. Dry the pot or pan you have washed thoroughly and place it on a low fire.
Using a cloth or paper towel, apply vegetable oil and grease into the pan or saucepan. Then remove excess oil with a paper towel and switch off the hob. Store in a dry place.
