Kitchenware made of stainless steel occupies a leading position in the product market for cooking: first, it is possible to cook various dishes in it, without fear of fading of the walls and the underside of the walls, and secondly, this material even at high temperatures. But most importantly, the host and in love with this dish - corrosive processes due to its resistance to oxidation in principle and, consequently, the presence of chromium and its compounds.

Tip: Since stainless steel is divided into several classes depending on the intended purpose, any sheet obtained from this material should be obtained only after fully acquainted with its data (for example, Class I is corrosion resistant).

In this case, pots, pans and other utensils made of stainless steel are less susceptible to burning: keep food at high temperature long enough for it to stick to the floor or walls of such dishes. It is quite simple to clean a burnt pot; what is important is that some basic rules for handling such dishes are known and that poor quality chemicals are not used.

Cleaning the inside of the pan

There are several ways to clean the inner burned surface of the pan and these differ in the vehicles used: for example, trapped dirt, for example ordinary baking soda and special acids, vinegar and other chemicals, and the strong ones can be removed. When choosing a method, you should trust:

The time since the formation of freezing food at the bottom;
The strength of the attached layer;
Properties of the pan itself (for example, most models of stainless tableware are afraid of solutions containing salt and chlorine).

Cleaning with baking soda
Baking soda should always be in the kitchen: with the help of not only cleaning the carbon cover, you can also remove grease stains from any surface and even get rid of small cracks by replacing them with kurt crack ”putty.

The cleaning process is very simple: for starters, it is necessary to wash as many dishes as allowed by burnt food, and then dry the interior walls and floor (including soot). After that, the powder should be sprinkled with a large amount of dirt and, more importantly, evenly distributed on all sides. Finally, in this case, the pan is left for 1.5-2 hours, after which it is cleaned with an ordinary sponge.

Tip: The amount of soda used depends on the amount of burnt food and should be done experimentally. However, in most cases about 100-125 milliliters is sufficient.

If the pan has been left for a long time and the volume of the burned food is large enough, you can make soda paste: for this you should add 90-100 ml of water to the above amount of soda. The resulting mixture will fully bond the carbon and will be much easier to remove after 2-3 hours.

Cleaning with warm water
If the soda is not at hand, you can use this method, but it will take some more time. The pan should be filled with warm (35-37 degrees) water to a slightly higher level than carbon deposits and left in this condition for 5-6 hours, the lid tightly closed and wrapped in a blanket to prevent water from cooling. Water can be changed after three hours.

Then pour the boiled water into the pot and add two or three tablespoons of salt (not important, not cold, otherwise it will have a detrimental effect in the pot) and leave the plates alone for one or two hours. After these operations, it will be much easier to remove carbon deposits, but in no case use hard abrasive brushes: they will leave micro-cracks, which will be treated with salt or other soils in the future, although they can scrape burned foods perfectly.

Treatment with activated charcoal and whey
You can clean the burned pot with the solutions which are the main components listed. The difference between them is that the activated charcoal is first powdered and added to the cold water and the whey is recommended to be added to the boiled hot water.

Important: the active carbon-containing solution is particularly good, combats soot from drying on the walls of dairy products and doughs.

In addition, the solution containing activated carbon should be discharged from the pan during the whey and water suspension within a day, within 15-30 minutes. In both cases, the soot should be covered with at least 2-3 cm.

Cleaning with vinegar and other chemicals
Carbon deposits are easier to remove with vinegar: just pour a small amount onto a soft cloth and gently rub over the nagar. Vinegar, the product of a weak acid of the same name, does an excellent job with strong burnt food without damaging the pan surface.

Tip: You can use citric acid instead of vinegar. To remove the carbon, it is sufficient to dilute the solution with a tablespoon of acid and 250 milliliters of water.

After using both vinegar and citric acid, first rinse the pan thoroughly with ordinary running water several times, then dry it with a towel.

Cleaning the outside of the roof

There are fewer ways to clean the exterior of the stainless bowl, because it is very problematic to completely wet the entire exterior unless you have to cover the entire sink.

In this case, the use of abrasive tools is generally prohibited, as the result of such a process may be a large amount of scratches, which cannot be removed later, and the constant effect of fire on the base will gradually destroy the structure of the layer (even heat-resistant).

Cleaning with soda and glue
Using these two ingredients, you should first make a soft paste that will allow a certain amount of soot to absorb in the first wiping process, and secondly, it will allow you to gently remove burnt food later. Usually, it is taken for the preparation of the following components: 100-150 grams of soda and about 20 grams of glue are taken per liter of water.

Tip: you can put the pot on medium fire to speed up the process.

Cleaning with chemicals
In many supermarkets in Russia, you can easily find non-aggressive, soft, care products for various surfaces, such as Amway Oven Cleaner and the like. In most cases, the instructions for their use are universal:

First you must heat the pan over medium heat.
Then the composition of the product with a sprayer is applied to the burned surface and left on for 15-20 minutes.
Nagar then rubbed gently with a soft sponge. If the smallest parts still remain on the surface of the bowl, the procedure must be repeated and the pan heated again.

Finally, a cleaner for glazing can help remove carbon deposits from both the exterior and interior surfaces. You only need to apply about 15-25 milliliters (about 2-3 injections) to the surface with the help of a dispenser and clean the problem area with a soft cloth.

Important: Use only products that are based on weak acids. Even if they contain a small amount of salt, they should be used in accordance with certain precautions, ie apply the material quickly, clean the carbon and rinse the dishes thoroughly.

After applying any chemicals, wash the surface of the pan with warm water and dry with a soft cloth. It is not appropriate to use soap after various ways.

General tips for the maintenance of stainless steel dishes

There are some basic rules for the maintenance of stainless dishes; they first allow them to prolong their lives and secondly to avoid any problems with the removal of burns on both surfaces.

Under no circumstances should you wash dishes afterwards. Moreover, many manufacturers are calling on placing the dishes in any container immediately after cooking and washing the stainless plates themselves. It doesn't take much time, it also helps maintain the original look of the dishes.

In addition, it is not recommended to use the dishwasher and dry a stainless pan in the air, because it is full of the appearance of various stains.
