Weighing is one of the most common, most critical and time-consuming tasks performed in laboratories, so it is vital to carry out weighing correctly.

However, this apparent ease of use can neglect the necessary level of maintenance to eliminate the negative effects of various factors affecting weighing accuracy on the analyzes. External effects are defined as measurable physical effects for all laboratory balances. Examples of external influences include:

Vibrations in the environment
Magnetization effects
Evaporation
Dehumidification
