Get the Most from Your Duracell Batteries

Your devices require reliable and long-lasting energy; so make sure you take full advantage of the power in your batteries. Duracell's long-lasting batteries with POWERCHECK ™ technology let you see the remaining energy level of the battery so you can decide which device to use. So you can take full advantage of your batteries and not waste energy.

The power indicator is practical and easy to use. When the contacts are pressed, the electrical energy begins to flow and then converted into thermal energy and flows through the conductive layer of the battery. As a result, this energy quickly heats the Thermochromic Ink. When it is warm enough, the power indicator appears. Duracell is the only alkaline battery with a power indicator. POWERCHECK ™ always shows the full voltage of the battery, so you can use the battery in another device instead of throwing it away.

There are so many devices we can't live without. Of course, some of them need more energy than others. That's why the power indicator is very useful. If a device that consumes a lot of power does not work, it does not mean that the batteries are completely exhausted. There may still be enough power left for a device that consumes little energy. For example, when you remove used batteries from your digital camera, these batteries may work well in a toy (do not mix used batteries with new batteries). POWERCHECK ™ technology allows you to easily see how much power is left in each battery to avoid unnecessary interruptions in your device use, and reuse your batteries in devices that require less energy when they cannot be used in high energy consuming devices. When the power indicator of a new battery is fully charged, a portion of the used battery will be full, while the exhausted batteries will indicate that there is no more energy available. Just press the white dots on both ends of the battery and see the amount of power remaining in the energy indicator.

Tips for proper battery care and use

Always use batteries of the correct size and type specified by the device manufacturer.
Each time you replace the battery, wipe the contacts and contacts on the battery compartments clean with a clean duster or cloth.
Remove batteries from devices that will not be used for months or are supplied with mains (AC) current.
Be sure to insert the batteries correctly with the + (plus) and - (minus) terminals aligned correctly. CAUTION: Some devices that use more than three batteries may appear to be working properly, even if one of the batteries is inserted incorrectly.
Over temperature reduces battery performance. Store the batteries in a dry place at normal room temperature. Do not put Duracell batteries in the refrigerator; this does not make them last longer; Also, avoid placing battery-powered devices in very hot places.
Do not attempt to charge unless the battery clearly indicates esi rechargeable ”. o Exhausted batteries and batteries exposed to extreme heat may leak. A crystal structure may begin to form outside the battery.

Recycling Batteries with Different Chemicals

Rechargeable lithium, lithium ion and zinc air batteries should be recycled. In addition to “conventional” rechargeable batteries such as AA and AAA, rechargeable batteries in devices such as cameras, mobile phones, laptops and power tools should be recycled. See the battery recycling seals on the rechargeable batteries.

Lead-containing car batteries should only be taken to waste treatment centers where they will eventually be recycled. Because of the value of the battery components, many car retailers and service centers will buy used batteries for recycling.

Some retailers often purchase batteries and electronic devices for recycling.

Duracell Battery Warranty

We invite you to recycle the product packaging.
As part of our commitment to protecting the environment, we use only non-toxic inks in our product packaging. Most of our cardboard packages are made of 85% recycled material *. Duracell is committed to technologies that provide more energy and are less hazardous than ordinary zinc-carbon batteries. Materials such as manganese dioxide, graphite, zinc, tin-plated brass, nickel-plated steel in Duracell batteries can be reused. Our class-leading, premium quality rechargeable AA and AAA batteries can be recharged hundreds of times.

Lithium Coin Cell Battery Safety

When the package is opened, steps should be taken to prevent children from accidentally swallowing the batteries.

Warning! Keep batteries away from children!

Keep batteries away from children to prevent them from swallowing. If swallowing occurs, be aware that its initial symptoms will be similar to other pediatric diseases such as coughing, slobbering, and discomfort.

Be aware of common devices used in coin cell batteries

Button cells are widely used in garage door openers, medical devices, clocks, remote controls and voice celebration cards. Do not leave these devices out of the reach and ensure that children are supervised during contact with them, thus preventing access to coin-cell batteries.

Because of their curiosity in nature, children find batteries inside the devices and storage drawers. Do not ignore these areas and make sure that you take the necessary precautions to make them accessible to children. You can limit the possibility of accidental swallowing by closing the battery compartments in the devices with tools or tapes and storing the batteries out of the reach of children.

Duralock- Up to 10 Years Brand New Batteries

Most batteries gradually lose power over time, even when not in use. However, Duralock technology keeps unused batteries new and charged for up to 10 years when stored under normal conditions. So you can store Duracell batteries without worry.

Ordinary zinc carbon batteries contain less active components and lose energy due to continuous chemical reactions over time. Unlike zinc-carbon batteries, Duracell is full of twice the active ingredient and is contained in a unique solid structure. This prevents batteries from leaking and ensures a much longer life. Duracell is a special power protection system that provides efficient energy savings to ensure that your batteries remain charged for up to 10 years when stored under normal conditions.

A single Duracell battery with Duralock Power Protection Technology is many times more efficient than a zinc-carbon battery. Duracell offers a wide range of multi-purpose batteries for use in everyday devices that require reliable performance. To find a Duracell battery with Duralock technology, search the packaging for the Duralock ring and see the “expiration” date in the entire Duracell battery portfolio, including Duracell Basic, Duracell Turbo, Duracell Rechargeable Basic, Duracell Rechargeable Turbo, Duracell Hearing Aid, and Custom Batteries. Duracell products with Duralock technology are sold in stores nationwide. Other zinc carbon batteries do not work like these batteries and do not last as long as it does.

High Density Core- Revolutionary Technology Inside the Battery

Duracell Turbo Max Batteries containing High Density Cores. This gives the batteries a compact and compact structure, allowing us to fit more energy into a normal-sized battery; this allows the Duracell Turbo Max to run longer than other Duracell batteries.

These materials are effectively combined to form the concentrated and compact structure of the High Density Core. The result is much more power and longer operating time than zinc-carbon batteries.

Duracell's High-Density Core-containing batteries are heavier than other batteries. When you pick it up, you can easily notice its weight. What does this mean? More weight means more active material; more active material means more performance. Duracell's High-Density Core technology delivers long-lasting alkaline energy for both high- and low-energy devices, allowing you to rely on performance. Search for Duracell Turbo Max batteries in your store and enjoy using your devices without unnecessary interruptions.
