"Never without my heels!" Are you saying? So, can you walk comfortably with your high-heeled shoes? If your answer is "no", this news is for you! We wrote down the tricks of walking more elegantly and easily without fear of falling. Here are nine ways to walk more comfortably in high heels ...

Wear your favorite heels

It's time to get your heels out of the closet when you're in love but don't dare to wear them. If you want to walk in high heels, start by wearing your favorite shoes first. Of course, with stilettos higher than 15 cm, it can be difficult to walk as you would. You can walk more easily with shoes between 6-10 cm. Remember that heels with platform always provide a more comfortable walk.

Sand the soles

If your heels are new, lightly sand the soles to avoid slipping while walking. If you take lightly slippery without too much pressure on your sole, you can walk more comfortably and fearlessly.

Feel free to sit down

Don't think it's embarrassing to take a little break by sitting on the seats or benches you found. No matter where you are and when you want to sit down and breathe. Small sitting breaks help your feet rest and feel more comfortable.

Keep your body upright

Walking smoothly with heeled shoes is a job from head to toe! Leave your hips relaxed while walking, take your shoulders back and stand upright. It may sound impossible, but if you stand up straight, you'll see that you walk more easily on the heels.

Practice

You should practice before you go out with your heels you have never felt before. Experiment by wearing your shoes at home or on the way to a short distance. When you try it at home, you will determine whether the shoe will hit your foot or not.

Take small steps

Instead of taking quick and big steps, you can walk through more quiet and small steps. If you hurry, you may be in danger of falling.

Test on different floors

Don't just walk on the carpet when trying on your shoes. Try to walk on parquet, stone floor, grass, soil or tiles. Trying to walk on different surfaces makes it easier to adapt to outdoor road conditions. To try out your shoelaces, you can go to the supermarket on the street where your house is with your heels.

Please note that there may be minor accidents

We know that many women are ashamed of minor accidents that happen to them when they wear heeled shoes. However, remember that even models that are masters of high heels can fall on the podium. For example, the top model Naomi Campbell still smiles after she fell in the fashion show of Vivienne Westwood in 1993.

First the heel, then the sole!

As you take your steps, first touch your heels and then the toe of the foot. This movement, which will help you to stay in balance, will allow you to walk more comfortably.

Of course, this step rule has an exception. When coming down the ladder, your heels and your toe should be on the ground at the same time, and you should give all your weight to your toes when you go up the stairs.
