How to prevent tooth decay?



Many factors can cause caries. In order for teeth to begin to deteriorate, bacteria and carbohydrates must simultaneously be present in the mouth. Poor oral hygiene, occasional visits to the dentist and the use of products that destroy tooth enamel, also lead to blackening and tooth loss. Of course, there are ways to restore teeth health and prevent tooth decay. Drink plenty of water. Water helps to soften and release the pieces of food that are stuck between the teeth and cause holes in the teeth.
Drink and eat foods and drinks containing calcium. These include skimmed milk, cheese and cottage cheese.

Notes:

Quit smoking. If you smoke, the chemicals in cigarettes will not only cover your teeth with a yellow blob, but also lead to the appearance of tartar and gums on the teeth.
Prolonged use of narcotic drugs, such as methamphetamine, also contributes to tooth decay and tooth loss.
