Whirlpool Grout is porous and absorbs moisture, which can sometimes lead to mold formation. When your grout becomes dirty and needs to be cleaned, you want to use something that disinfects grout without causing discoloration of grout or surround tile. Commercial shower cleaning products often have chemicals that are not safe to use in grout, so it is best to use a homemade grout cleaner.
Instructions
1 pour 2 cups of water, 1 teaspoon. SOAP, oxygen bleach and 1/2 cup in a spray bottle.
2 saturate the grout with a strong jet of cleaning solution, and allow to stand for 10 seconds.
3 Rub the grout with a nylon brush that does not damage the grout or tile.
4 Rinse the solution with water, and allow the grout to air dry.
